These Terms & Conditions apply to the Renty marketplace for Bulgaria . "Renty", "we", "us", and "the Site" mean the operator. "You" means the user. Using the Site means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Basis of agreement

If you do not accept these Terms, leave the Site. Updates may be published here. Rights that arose earlier remain unaffected unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Marketplace interface

Renty helps users find and request vehicles from the car rental provider shown in the booking flow. That provider is responsible for the vehicle, rental service, availability, and provider terms. Subject to applicable law, rental questions should generally go to the provider. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

User eligibility

You may register only if you can enter a binding contract. Keep credentials confidential and information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Site use restrictions

  • no automated extraction beyond ordinary browsing or legitimate search indexing
  • no interference with security or Site performance
  • no fraudulent or false reservations
  • no impersonation or misstated affiliation
  • no unauthorised collection of other users' personal data

Access may be limited where reasonably needed for breach, security, or legal reasons, subject to applicable law.

Content ownership

Texts, images, software, and marks may belong to Renty, providers, or other licensors. Personal, non commercial viewing is allowed. Commercial reuse needs permission.

Listing and uptime

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Listings may contain errors and may omit offers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Mandatory rights remain.

Loss limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Renty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from Site use or provider acts. Limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites.

Stopping and surviving clauses

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict access for breach, risk, or legal need, subject to applicable law. Intellectual property and liability clauses continue as applicable.

Closing provisions

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Invalid clauses are enforced only to the extent allowed. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. Nothing creates a partnership or agency.
